Jefferson Custom Cards custom designs and prints appointment cards for the medical and dental professions. We have been in business since 1998 and we're located in Louisville, KY.

Our appointment reminder cards are printed in full color on a soft, thick matte card stock so that you can write on the card with a ballpoint pen or pencil. All appointment cards are custom-designed to your specification.. The cards will show your office's address, hours, phone/fax numbers along with with a fill-in area to write in the date and time of the appointment. We can include a conspicuous reminder at the bottom of the appointment card to give notice for a change/cancellation of appointment.
