Noting Days of the Week On Appointment Cards for Medical Professionals.
In addition to noting the all important date and time on the reminder card, it can be very useful to making a notion for the days of the week on the card so that the particular day of the week can be noted. Note the graphic below: In this case every day of the week has been note: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The weekend days have also been included even though it may be unlikely that appointments would be on those dates.
All the receptionist has to do is to circle the particular date instead of having to manually write it in. Your particular card can be custom-designed to include any specific order of the days of the week.
Notice in the sample below that only five days of the week are noted for the standard business card: Monday through Friday.
Below is a "specialty" card which only shows the three days of the week that this particular physician's office is open. Such custom configuration of the card can avoid any mislabeling, which can caused missed appointment times.
