This is a clinician reminder card that we created recently in January of 2008.

A clinician contacted us to create a reminder card for her psychology practice. Below are the first two reminder card samples that we made for her. The first card is a generic blue style with a darker are for the day of the appointment to be circled in either pen or pencil The area below that is for filling in the particulars of the date and time of the scheduled time for the session

The image below that is a more elaborate and artistic sample that we made, with bright/bold lines going the full length of the card. This particular design used a nice dual tone, with bold blue colors.In the end the client ultimately chose #1 as the final design due to its simplicity, which can be very importing in the designing of an effective appointment card.

The colors are: R34, B53, G53, C35, Y35, M44, K0. No LAB values are available for this color spectrum. Look up your Pantone process to spot swatch for the equivalent LAB color swatch.

We also made samples in the following color swatches: blue-green, tan, light orange, gold and gray.
