Here is a re-order appointment card for one of our previous clients. This is an effective way to schedule patients in a memorable way. This design was created in earth tones, which was relavent to the desert Southest setting of Las Vegas, Nevada. We also used earthones for the color circles which indicate the appropriate day of the week of the appointment: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. We also used a nice dark brown color for the text and the underlines in lieu of a generic black, which would have clashed heavily with the earth tones.

Drawing this card was easy. The core design had been created earlier, but it used dark blues and grays which clash with the clients new office decor. These new tones not compliment the new decor of the doctor's offce.

The CMYK settings are: C:33, Y:35, M:0, K:24
