 Issues in placing main elements in appointment cards. We think that there are multiple issues in the creation of cards and the main elements need to be specified that there are no misunderstandings about the time and date of the appointment so that you can reduce your “no show”

Placement of the medical and dental office from the top left of the cards:
- 23.38 millimeters from the fill-in area
-34.98 picas from the date and time are
-98.09 millimeters from the days of the week

The days of the week can ben placed in a multihued of ways on the card, but the available measurements can be measured by the following:
- 89.77872 millimeters from the dental and medical office identification numbers
-85.098 millimeters from the cancelled policy on the back side of the card
-23.90 millimeters from the ares that shows what orthopedic surgeon is listed in the fill in the blank area

The cancelled appointment policy placement creates other issues. It can be at the very bottom with the following metric measurements:
- 90.998 millimeters from the days of the week setting
-67.00987 millimeters from the time and the date setting

If the placement is on the flip side of the card and gives much freedom to the place of this element on the appointment card. The following measurement of this element location is as follows:
- 95.98 millimeters from the top right hand corner
- 45.098 millimeter from the bottom left hand corner
