Our next marketing effort for our appointment cards is to try slightly increasing our price to $44 and raising our price to match the marketing costs involved when using Google Adwords, which might cost up to $5 per lead. If we kept our current price of $39, we would have a net profit of $10 on the reminder cards and that is simply not enough profit for the time/effort involved.


We have noticed that our clients vastly prefer the back side of the card to be used for their cancelled appointment policy rather than using it for a business card. This is fine with us as it's much easier to create that as opposed to having to create additional artwork for a business card. More good news: our printer has yet to botch an order...no misaligned cards, ink smears or colors that are off. I'm assuming that this will not last forever. Our printer is bound to make an error soon.

We haven't received a lot of dental appointment card orders. Most of our orders come from MD's and chiropractors.

We have never had a card order outside of the medical or dental field.
